Yes. We offer in-person sessions at our Ocala office. We also offer secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions for patients physically located in Florida for your convenience.

Most of our therapists are in-network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Aetna plans. We DO NOT accept Medicare or Medicaid plans.
For patients who have insurance that we are not in network with, we can provide a superbill so you can seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company using the out-of-network benefits that your plan offers.
We also offer private pay options with pricing that varies depending on the level of education and experience your clinician has. Please contact our office for pricing information.

You can request an appointment by calling or texting 352-425-4280. You may also email admin@ocalapsychology.com. Our office administrator will help match you with the clinician that is the best fit for your needs.

The first session is about one hour in length and focuses on getting to know you and reviewing practice policies and confidentiality. Your therapist will ask questions about your current life, current symptoms, and your history. You will also discuss your goals for therapy which your therapist will use to create a tailored treatment plan for you.

The Ocala Psychology office is open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Telehealth sessions may be offered outside of these business hours in some cases.

If this is your first visit and you have not completed your documentation, you will be required to arrive 30 minutes early. For the first appointment, if you have already completed your documentation through the Client Portal, you may arrive 5-10 minutes early.
We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for any individual therapy sessions to allow time for the collection of copays/payment and to allow time for you to complete any symptom questionnaires your clinician may have requested of you through the Client Portal.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and the Late Cancelation/No Show Fee will be assessed to your account.

Ocala psychology clinicians are not psychiatric medication prescribers. We will collaborate with your prescriber at your request to ensure the coordination of your care. We also maintain a referrals list that includes psychiatric prescribers and can provide a recommendation to you during your visit.

Our clinicians do not offer this service as it is not within our scope of practice. We can provide recommendations to you for other providers who offer this service.
