Virtual therapy through our HIPAA-secure video platform allows you to engage in confidential, high-quality counseling from the comfort of your home or any private space in the state of Florida. It offers convenient access to care, removing barriers such as travel time, transportation challenges, or busy schedules.
In-office therapy provides a comfortable, private space where you can fully engage in face-to-face support and connection with your therapist. Many people find that the dedicated setting enhances focus, consistency, and a sense of grounding in the therapeutic process.
Anxiety can cause constant worry, nervousness, restlessness, and difficulty relaxing. Some people feel anxiety in their body through headaches, chest discomfort, stomach issues, or muscle tension. You might find yourself avoiding people, responsibilities, or places that trigger your anxiety. Therapy helps you understand your triggers, calm your body’s stress response, and regain control with proven tools for lasting relief.
Depression includes a low mood, feeling blue, or a lack of interest in activities you used to enjoy doing. Depression can make even simple tasks feel overwhelming and life can feel empty or joyless. In therapy, we help you identify underlying causes, challenge negative thought patterns, and rebuild motivation and hope.
Relationship struggles can lead to conflict, disconnection, or trust issues. We help individuals improve communication and strengthen emotional connection.
Low self-esteem often leads to low self-confidence, harsh inner critic, and avoidance of new opportunities. Therapy helps you build self-acceptance, confidence, and skills to change the harsh inner critic to a helpful and encouraging inner dialogue.
Grief is a natural response to loss, often bringing sadness, anger, guilt, and shock. We provide a compassionate space to assist you in processing your emotions and finding meaning as you heal.
Chronic stress and overcommitment can leave you feeling drained and disconnected. Therapy supports you in setting healthy boundaries, managing stress, and creating a more fulfilling balance between work and personal life.
Panic attacks can cause intense fear, rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, and a feeling of losing control. We teach evidence-based strategies to reduce anxiety, manage symptoms, and regain a sense of safety.
Medical Doctors, Physician Assistants, Nurses, and other healthcare workers often experience burnout, compassion fatigue, and high-performance pressure. Therapy offers confidential support to restore resilience and emotional well-being.
Family conflict, communication breakdowns, or strained relationships can create emotional distance. Therapy helps improve understanding and resolve conflicts to strengthen family bonds. Therapy can also help us to accept the limitations of our family and cope with family estrangement.
Women may face emotional challenges during infertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and caregiving/attaching to baby. We provide specialized support to help women navigate these transitions with compassion and balance.
Major life changes like moving to a new place, starting a new career, going to college, marriage, divorce, or starting a family can feel overwhelming. Therapy helps you process emotions, clarify goals, and adapt to new chapters with confidence.
Bipolar disorder involves episodes of depression and periods of elevated mood that disrupt daily functioning and relationships. We focus on emotional regulation and skill-building to support long-term balance. With your permission we can coordinate your care with your psychiatric medication prescriber.
ADHD can cause problems with focus, organization, time management, and self-esteem. Therapy provides structure, coping strategies, and tools to improve attention and daily functioning.
Living with chronic illness can bring frustration, grief, and emotional exhaustion. We help patients adapt to physical limitations, manage stress, and improve overall quality of life.
Persistent trouble falling or staying asleep can affect your mood, focus, and health. Therapy addresses the underlying emotional and behavioral causes of poor sleep and helps you establish healthy sleep habits.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for any appointment, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and the Late Cancelation/No Show Fee will be assessed to your account.
Ocala psychology clinicians are not psychiatric medication prescribers. We will collaborate with your prescriber at your request to ensure the coordination of your care. We also maintain a referrals list that includes psychiatric prescribers and can provide a recommendation to you during your visit.
Our clinicians do not offer this service as it is not within our scope of practice. We can provide recommendations to you for other providers who offer this service.
